Code of Conduct

Welcome to Drupal Camp AI!

We're so excited to have you join us for this amazing community event. As you know, Drupal Camp AI is organized and run by passionate members of the Drupal community. We strive to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone.

In that spirit, we follow the Drupal Code of Conduct to ensure all attendees feel respected, valued, and safe throughout the event. We've summarized the key points below, but we encourage you to read through the full code. By attending Drupal Camp AI, you agree to abide by these guidelines:

Expected Behavior

We expect all participants to act in a polite and considerate manner towards others. Any inappropriate, offensive, or harassing behavior is unacceptable and goes against the positive environment we aim to create.

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment can take many forms, including:

  • Offensive comments or jokes related to gender, age, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability
  • Displaying sexually explicit images in public areas
  • Intimidation, stalking, or following others in a threatening way
  • Harassing photography or recording without consent
  • Disrupting talks or activities in a sustained, disruptive manner
  • Unwanted physical contact or unwelcome sexual advances

Consequences

If a participant engages in any of these unacceptable behaviors, the event organizers will take appropriate action. This could include issuing a warning or expelling the individual from the event without a refund.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness any concerning behavior, please inform a member of the event staff immediately. They will provide support, contact security if needed, and ensure you receive any necessary assistance. Your well-being is our top priority.
